It means that in our kitchen, we also produce other baked goods and foods that contain gluten. It is our policy to never have gluten out while baking our gluten-free baked goods. While we are not a certified gluten-free bakery, we take great pride and extreme measures to prevent any cross contamination of our products. A thorough second cleaning of our bakery and equipment is completed each time prior to baking gluten-free. All of our bakers are ServSafe certified and trained in proper handling procedures of product to prevent cross contamination.
